An opportunity for our IGNITE & Power Program elite training athletes to be in the gym EVEN MORE this summer to increase their strength, flexibility and SKILLS 🙂

This special pass JUST FOR OUR SPECIALTY PROGRAM TUMBLERS includes TWO extra level appropriate tumbling classes per week AND TWO strength & flexibility classes for the months of JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST. That’s FOUR extra hours of classes each week!

Limited passes available at each level. Be sure to pick the correct level for your athlete!

Level 1 Fundamentals (Mon 4-5 / Tues 7-8 / Thurs 5-6 / Sat 12-1)

  • All basic body positions (tuck, straddle, pike, front support)
  • Bridge over a barrel or other support
  • Forward and backwards rolls down an incline with proper hand and feet positions
  • Sticky bug against wall
  • Teeter totter handstand drill
  • Handstand with support showing proper body alignment
  • Beginner cartwheel with proper hand and feet placement

Level 1 Intermediate (Mon 4-5 / Tues 7-8 / Thurs 5-6 / Sat 12-1)

  • Forward and backwards rolls on flat surface to stand (with out use of hands to stand up)
  • Bridge with correct form
  • Handstand
  • Handstand fall to bridge & fall back to bridge
  • Bridge kick-over from a height
  • Cartwheel
  • Round-off off a height
  • Power hurdle

Level 2 Fundamentals (Mon 6-7 / Tues 5-6 / Wed 5-6 / Thurs 5-6)

  • Power hurdle
  • Handstand forward roll
  • Power hurdle round-off with flight phase
  • Front walkover
  • Back walkover

Level 2 Intermediate (Mon 6-7 / Tues 4:30-5:30 / Wed 5-6 / Thurs 4:30-5:30)

  • Front handspring
  • Back handspring
  • Back walkover/cartwheel connected to a back handspring
  • Power hurdle round-off back handspring

Level 3 Basic (Tues 5-6 / Wed 5-6 /Thurs 8-9)

  • Back handspring step out
  • Toe touch back handspring
  • Standing back handspring series (3 in a row)
  • Power hurdle round off back handspring series (minimum 3)
  • Front handspring, round off back handspring connected
  • Punch front

Level 3 Intermediate/Level 4+ (Tues 6-7 / Wed 5-6 /Thurs 5:30-6:30)

  • Round off back handspring back tuck/layout/full/double
  • Standing back tuck off max 2″ height
  • Toe touch back handspring back tuck/layout/full
  • Toe touch back tuck connected
  • Running pass with a whip to tuck/layout/full/double
  • Front tuck through to immediate round off back handspring tuck/layout/full/double

STRENGTH & FLEX CLASSES are Monday 5-6pm and Saturdays 9-10am
