STRENGTH/FLEXIBILITY & JUMPS DROP IN CLASSES (ages 5+)


Drop-in strength/flexibility & jumps classes are 55 minute classes available for athletes aged 6+ to work on their overall strength & conditioning as well as their flexibility. These high energy classes are led by one of our certified tumbling instructors.


NO PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED. CASH ONLY & SIGNED WAIVER REQUIRED (see below).

Thursday 7:00pm – Strength & Flexibility
*Athletes enrolled in our UNLIMITED TUMBLING program may attend the THURSDAY class for free.
*Athletes enrolled in our SUMMER FLEX PASS may attend ANY of the above listed classes for free.
